We hope you love your new Apple accessories! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You will need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ambleandstrut.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund via your original payment method within 14 business days.

Original Shipping fees: Non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

Return Shipping fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs after the first 30 days of delivery of the product.
